Paula’s career in taxation has included work with small businesses, high-net-worth, high-income individuals, not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, and corporate taxation, including complex multi-state tax engagements. She has spent 25 years supervising valuation engagements for estate and gift tax purposes and succession planning and also assists in the preparation of shareholder agreements.
