Mihaela “Mikki” Obreja is a Partner and the Director of Professional Services at Councilor, where she brings more than 20 years of tax and accounting expertise working with public accounting firms, private companies, and not-for-profit organizations throughout the country and internationally. An eager collaborator, Mikki works tirelessly to support clients in professional services, real estate, not-for-profit, and privately held businesses through processes such as tax planning and compliance, consulting, and business valuations.
Mikki joined Councilor in 2015 with a specialty in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals while remaining compliant. No matter the client, Mikki makes empathy and timely communication her top priorities — an approach that helps her understand their unique needs while strategically supporting their goals.
