Daisy Paridon is an Audit Manager at Councilor with more than seven years of audit and accounting experience. She works primarily with not-for-profit organizations, providing audit, review, and tax services while helping clients strengthen financial reporting and internal controls.
Daisy joined Councilor in 2020 and leads engagements across all stages of the audit process, from planning and testing to reviewing and preparing client deliverables. She works closely with clients to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), evaluate the design and effectiveness of accounting processes, and identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.
In addition to her work with not-for-profit organizations, Daisy has experience conducting internal audits for public utility companies, preparing tax returns for individuals and for-profit entities, and supporting employee benefit plan engagements.
Within Councilor, Daisy is an active contributor to the firm’s growth and professional development initiatives. She serves on the firm’s Not-for-Profit Committee, participates in its mentor/mentee program, and helps train and develop staff.
