John Comunale is a Senior Advisor at Councilor, bringing 30 years of experience supporting automotive dealerships across the East Coast. He specializes in guiding clients through complex transactions, including buy-sell agreements, valuations, financial reporting, multi-state taxation, cost segregation studies, and real estate appraisals.
John joined Councilor in 1994 and has developed deep expertise in business taxation, fraud, LIFO, and the impact of new legislation on the dealership industry. He works with large and complex dealer groups, providing consolidated financial reporting and tax solutions.
Over the years, John has built strong relationships with attorneys, insurance brokers, payroll specialists, and other professionals who support dealership operations.
