Keith Laudenberger is the Executive Vice President and Director of Automotive Dealership Services. He brings 20 years of public accounting experience, taking a proactive approach to tax, accounting, and audit support so that his clients can focus on what they do best — running their businesses.
Keith joined Councilor in 1998, providing comprehensive planning and compliance support to both large clients and closely held businesses across several industries, including automotive dealerships, construction, real estate, not-for-profit, and government contracting.
The automotive sector is Keith’s primary area of focus, where he advises large and complex dealer groups, including some of the industry’s most prominent manufacturers. Through his work in audit and assurance, consolidated financial reporting, federal taxation, and multi-state tax planning, he helps clients strengthen financial oversight, navigate regulatory complexity, and position their organizations for long-term growth.
Keith understands dealership management systems (DMS) and is well versed in the operations and data reporting for Reynolds and Reynolds and ADP. He shares this knowledge with clients and the broader community through tech consulting, published articles, and speaking engagements — all aimed to help organizations and the public achieve their goals more efficiently.
