Mihaela “Mikki” Obreja is a Partner and the Director of Professional Services at Councilor, where she brings more than 20 years of tax and accounting expertise working with public accounting firms, private companies, and not-for-profit organizations throughout the country and internationally. An eager collaborator, Mikki works tirelessly to support clients in professional services, real estate and privately held businesses through processes such as tax planning and compliance, consulting, and business valuations.
Mikki joined Councilor in 2015 with a specialty in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals while remaining compliant. No matter the client, Mikki makes empathy and timely communication her top priorities — an approach that helps her understand their unique needs while strategically supporting their goals.
